Here we are on the 3rd day of gratitude
On this day,I sit with my deep nature soul.
The soul that cries out for change and grow.
The soul that ask me to be present with what is.
The soul I try to ignore. And wrestle it to be quiet.
The soul that wants to shine,while I struggle to let folks see that light.
The soul that ask me to be the best me.
The soul that fights for me to be my true authentic nature self.
I am deeply grateful for this soul.
I am grateful to live this life to the fullest and shine the best I can.
Because underneath. It all is a beauty.
Shine your beauty and share who u are.

The 2nd day of gratitude
On this day of the dead.
I am in gratitude to all my ancestors that came before me.
Grateful. For my parents who did their best with what they had.
What I remember is that they always held hands all the time even after
18 years of marriage.
Grateful for brother David who always brought adventure into my life.
Life was never boring with him.
Grateful for my father’s Father who I grew up in the same house with.
He always made coffee in the percolating pot.
I always loved the smell of coffee and it reminds me of him.
To my father’s sisters who brought all the fun into our family.
I give gratitude to my Mom’s brother Frank who came for Christmas every year after my Dad passed. He brought Christmas back to our family.
Thank u everyone for being part of my life.
Your flame burns in my heart.

Time for Gratitude Month.
What a year and soo much to be grateful for.
In my life I need help with all that I do.
I am supported. With it all.
I could not do it without this support.
In Business ,in personal relationships,in family relationships…all of it.
I thank u all for helping me out in all different ways.

On the 13 th day of Gratitude.
Friday the 13th/what a gifted day.
To be in council with the Circle of Sisters.
In the circle,all was held.
Fear,scarcity,anxiety,deep emotion,grief.
All these were present.
No judgement held ,all is witness.
Deep love grew out of all those emotions.
With that love grew peace of heart.
Abundance of connection and joy and laughter.
Flowing with it all and feeling the path.
As I sink into my heart space I am deeply grateful to be witness and held.

On this 15th day of Gratitude.
I am really grateful to all the connections I have in my world.
To the human beings who are in my circles and groups.
I went to the Expo today and hugged everyone I know there.
Took about 2 hours.My heart was really happy.
Here is a dream,if everyone went to each person they know and give them a hug over the next few months.
Maybe the love from all those hugs will help with the fear and anxiety and hate that is being felt around the world.
Maybe the love will transmute the fear.
I know it is a dream.May it be so.
So open your arms and your hearts and hug to generating the Love.
I lay my head down to dream Big.
