Mother Mary Ritual
Heart opening meditation to bring the light back into your heart.
Mother Mary and Earth Mother will provide the light and the foundation to this meditation.
With drum, rattle and flame, space will be created to allow for the soothing of the heart
And bring us back to our balance.
This mediation helps with remembering the unconditional love of Mother Mary and Earth Mother. To remember the compassion and love for ourselves.
No supplies needed besides presence and a desire to know your heart.

Shamanic Journeying with Soul Retrieval Session
This class will explore the reasons and use of the drum for Shamanic Journey during the first part of the session then move into the journey of calling a piece of your soul back. A discussion will occur to determine which portion of your soul wants to be retrieved at that time. Sacred space will be set and Shamanic journey will be used for the Soul Retrieval.
The participate must be open to receiving this portion so the healing can begin.
Shamanic Journeying is a tool that has been traditionally used by indigenous shamans for the healing of individuals and communities. Shamans use drums and rattles to shift their consciousness into non-ordinary reality, a trance-like state, to communicate with their helping guides and spirits. Soul Retrievals are part of a Healing Art that Shamanic Practitioner uses to help bring about a shift in an emotional or physical situations. The ability of a Shamanic Practitioner to change their state of consciousness allowing their fee soul to travel and retrieve ancient wisdom and lost power. Reasons of why portions of the souls leaved the body will be discussed.
Bring your Frame drums, journals and pen, comfortable clothes.
There will be time to share your experience.

Calling the Ancestors
Part of Shamanic work is to acknowledge the Ancestors which is where we will go for this session.
Who are your Ancestors? What are your emotions around them?
Shamanic Practitioners believe that the Ancestors will work with us in right relationship. It is about reconnecting to them in a functional way.
We come from these Ancestors. Their DNA is in our bones. Our bone medicine.
This is brings the importance of knowing this DNA/Ancestors as deep as we can.
All the pieces, ugly, messy and divine and elegant.
We will bring remembrances around your Ancestors. You will bring pictures and items representing each ancestor to create an alter and connection with them.
Speaking out loud the nature of the relationships or the non-relationships.
You will bring 2 female represents and 2 male represents representing the Feminine and Masculine side of your family.
You will bring 2 Y shaped sticks to represent the 2 Males and 2 palm size stones to represent the Females.
Plus one White Tall non scented candle.
There will be a journey to connect with these Ancestors.
Bring a journal and pen and dress in comfortable clothes.

Cleansing with the Eggs and nurturing with the Stone
Egg is the symbol of a pure state in which divine potential Exist.
This makes the egg the perfect vehicle to absorb psychic or spiritual negativity.
The Peruvian Twin Shamans Egg Swipe Technique will be learned and experienced in this class. This technique cleanses and clears the body.
Then we will move into a nature and mineral ritual. Bringing the wisdom of the stones to our bodies. Bring the remembrance of our bone medicine of who we really are.
Please gather 4 palm size stones (not your favorite stone or crystals).
This will be a cleansing and nurturing Ritual.
