I sit in Gratitude to all the clients that have chosen to work with me thru the year.
Thank you for your brave souls who want to change and grow.
To reach and stretch beyond the cozy places.
To be vulnerable and look into the closets.
Face the shadow ,knowing there is light at the other side.

On this 14th day of Gratitude.
I sit in silence of the wisdom and strength of the stone.
It holds ancient wisdom /been in this stone circle for thousands of years.
I believe Human Kind hold the same wisdom and strength in their bones.
I am grateful to feel and hear this wisdom and strength.
I pray that Human Kind listen to their inner wisdom and strength
As we move forward. Knowing we are all connected.

On this 10th day of Gratitude.
I really sit in awe of where I was April of 2013 until now.
That is when I started Full time ownership of The Shamanic Spirit Song.
Jessie L Kozak had put together a group of Entrepreneurs lead by Kerry Cudmore. Really I had no experience in running a business and been corporate all my adult life.
Well Kerry Cudmore brings the earth energy of groundness real life around money and how to work with money. I have been part of the Business coaching class for almost 2 year which I have learned ways to be in business that are priceless.
Kerry’s ability to bring light to a subject (money and business) that is almost never talked about is really the priceless ticket.I am so grateful for Kerry and the wisdom she brings. The straight no nonsense approach that she brings has propelled me to where I am.
The folks who have been in the group OMG folks,I am so grateful to all of you. I am totally blessed by each of you. Love you all.

On this 9th day of Gratitude.
It has been an exciting day with the magic overflowing into today.
Lots of planning going on for the future. It reminds me to sink to what feels right.
Reminds me to check in with my bone medicine .
What is really a Yes for me?
What is a No feel like?
Am I listening to what is good for me/in alignment with my bone medicine?
Am I checking with my wisdom?
Where is my focus?
What is the bigger picture?
Which am I seeing?
The close up picture or the light in the corners…
Deeply grateful for the wisdom that lives within.
Glad it is there to help out.
Glad I take the time to listen to it.

Well,on this 8th day of Gratitude,
This is a picture that I have used many time because it express today perfectly.
I am learning about Receiving which is tied to Gratitude.
I struggle with asking for help but have got better around it.
Well today was my biggest challenge to ask for help.Thank you Kerry Cudmore for your encouragement.

On the 7th day of Gratitude,
My flame was low yesterday, but I knew what I was going to write.
Here it is.
For a couple years ,Nancy Anger has show me how a visionary works.
She welcomed me to teach at her placehttps://www.facebook.com/StateofGraceWellness.
Every time I went there ,her employees were very gracious and helpful.
Nancy Anger believed in my work and supported me.
It created a flame and a believe in myself and work.
It has been a great year working at her space and looking forward to next year’s work.
Nancy had no idea I was going to write this and she sent me a sweet text yesterday.I had been constructing what I was going to write and there was her text. Gotta love the magic of it all.
Grateful to have this fire in my belly and folks who model what it looks like.

On this 6th day of Gratitude.
I sit with emotions that have healed with in me.
I am deeply grateful to Sonny Sonam Rose/The-Healing-Beyond-Cancer.
Sonny has taught me how to flow with the water and my emotions.
To know which emotion is mine and feel and be with it.
With this knowledge I was able to heal the wounds within.
Make peace with my past and move forward.
Now I know how to go with the flow ,not always pretty but there is movement.
I have dived deep into my soul and reclaimed myself in these deep waters.
May healing and cleansing waters wash over you and clear the way for you…

On this 5th day of gratitude.
Mother energy is stretching in my heart.
This brings me to speak of Jessie L Kozak and The Soul Purpose.
Jessie L Kozak holds the energy of Mother Mary.
It has only been in the last 2 years,that I have had a relationship with Mother Mary,which is due to Jessie L Kozak.
All of this allowed me to heal the relationship with my own Mom and for this I am deeply grateful for.
What I have learned this year is the mending I do with my relationship with my Mom,allows for me to learn to Mother myself .
Hold myself with love and compassion.
To nourish myself so I may then be helpful to others.
As this evening closes,I sit in deep gratitude of Jess,Mother Mary,my Birth Mother and my inner self nurturer.
May you be held deeply and nourished with Mother energy as you dream sweetly.
