With so many changes, let us journey to what calls to our souls. What has been the abundance and the gratitude in our lives?
Shamanic journeying is a tool that has been traditionally used by indigenous
shamans for the healing of individuals and communities. Most commonly,
shamans use drums and rattles to shift their consciousness. We now know that
anyone can learn to journey, connect
with their own guides and spirits in order
to get answers to personal questions,
solve problems, open creativity, see new
ways of being in the world and obtain
healing information for themselves and
their community. In this circle, Sue will
set and hold the space for you to journey –
to connect and open yourself to the
deeper wisdom of the universe. There
will be time for reflection and journaling.
Sue will set sacred space and have an
altar for the circle.
Please bring a journal and something for
the altar. Bring your own blankets and pillows to lay on the floor. No experience necessary – just a
willing spirit and open heart.
